When you connect your Google Ads account to Cool Web Tool, we access and process your advertising data for analysis purposes only. Our use of Google Ads data is strictly limited to:

  • Campaign analysis: Reading performance metrics from existing campaigns to provide insights and recommendations
  • Reporting: Generating reports on campaign performance and optimization opportunities

Important: We do NOT create, modify, or manage your Google Ads campaigns. All access is read-only for analysis purposes. You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time through your account settings.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need personal information, we securely delete or anonymize it.

  • Keyword research data: Cached for 90 days
  • Campaign performance data: Cached for 90 days, deleted immediately upon disconnection

  • API tokens are encrypted and rotated regularly
  • Access is logged and monitored for security
